Frequencies of Color and the Relation to Chakras

Color is a property of light. Light is a form of energy. Each color also has its own vibrational frequency. There are 7 colors in the color spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet, each having its own unique frequency ranging from 435 Terahertz (red) to 740 Terahertz (violet). How is this connected to our body?
